ABOUT
To become a member of the club, one must perform one repetition of a Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. After all 3 lifts are successfully completed, the total weight lifted is added up.
To be a member of the 250/500 lbs club (women only), the total weight lifted must 250/500 lbs or greater.
To be a member of the 750/1000 lbs club (open), the total weight lifted must be 750/1000 lbs or greater.
All members of JFTS will receive a t-shirt and have their names listed on our website.

Fill out the form on this page to schedule an appointment with our personal trainers who will act as judges and spotters for your lifts.
Rules
All participants must complete a waiver form before performing the lifts.
All lifts must occur on the same day within 60 minutes under the guidance of the JFTS staff.
All lifts must be performed under the guidelines below. JFTS staff will judge whether a lift is good or not.
A participant may have multiple attempts on the same lifts in the given hour.
All guidelines were adapted from standard Power Lifting rules.
A $50 Participation Fee (covers the cost of judging).
The challenge is ongoing and can be completed any time and you may re-test at any time as well.
