Classes at JFTS

FTS 2.0 classes run in forty-minute increments and are strategically scheduled throughout the day to allow space in your schedule. 

Every class is supervised by a certified Personal Trainer who will demonstrate and explain all exercises for the class and provide the necessary modifications to fit YOUR activity level!

Metabolic Cardio Training Classes

Metabolic Training burns fat while simultaneously providing a significant after-burn effect. This means you will burn calories and fat at a higher rate EVEN AFTER your workout is finished. Specific & intense exercise intervals to increase the efficiency of your body's metabolism and mobility.

The goal is to maximize muscle growth and shed excess fat. Keep your body burning fat for hours after the class!

Metabolic training brings you many cardiovascular benefits as well as having a significant impact on body toning and weight loss.

Strength Training Classes

The benefits of strength training are numerous. Beyond added muscle strength and toning, it protects joints from injury, helps maintain flexibility and balance, and increases your muscle-to-fat ratio. This is vital, as more muscle allows your body to burn fat much more efficiently.

Functional Movement Screening

For the FMS professional, movement screening sets the baseline for the evaluation of fundamental movement patterns.  This non-biased baseline allows asymmetries and dysfunctions to be efficiently identified.  Research has shown us that these asymmetries and dysfunctions can increase the risk of injury by 3.5 times.

So, why do we movement screen?  We use a movement screen to quickly and efficiently identify asymmetry and dysfunction in fundamental movement patterns.
