6 Week True Beginners Challenge

Classes are ;

Mondays - 7:30 pm - 8:10 pm

Wednesdays -7:30 pm -8:10 pm

Saturdays -10 am -10:40 am.

There are 18 classes in total ❗️

These are small group workouts & are 💯 supervised & instructed by one of our highly motivating Team members ❗️

Our instructors Will ensure that your using proper form and technique ❗️

If you suffer from muscle or joint pain we will accommodate you by modifying the exercises ❗️

Semi-Private Training

Are you looking to start working out but don't know where to start? Having trouble planning your workouts? Nervous about working out alone? Semi-private training sounds like it would be perfect for you!

Semi-private training is performed in groups of 2-4 participants. Each client is individually assessed and provided a program designed to meet their specific goals. Heather Brittain has a few openings Wednesday & Friday morning, she's available for consultations over the phone or in person to discuss personal goals.

Busting Fitness Myths

Myth Number 1: NO NEXT-DAY MUSCLE PAIN, NO GAIN

Not true! : If you’re sore a lot, you may be over training and getting worse results,” Brookbush says. One 2012 study found that over training can boost inflammation, interfering with muscle growth.

Myth Number 2: MACHINES ARE SAFER THAN FREE WEIGHTS

Also not true! : Lifting free weights with proper form gives you better coordination and connects more to real-world activities!
